**Responsibilities include**:

- Advise line and HR management and help understand metrics within HR Reports to ensure the business is fully aware of the data and is aware of trends and key drivers.
- Assist in preparing external reporting (Finance, Compliance, lines of business, and government regulatory reports).
- Interact with IT staff to resolve HR issues as well as support HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects.
- Creating and iterating on ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and analytic models to empower operational and exploratory analysis
- Assisting with the creation/ownership of standard metric calculations
- Shared responsibility for maintaining documentations related to team services and solutions

- Expertise in data analysis/visualization tools and techniques
- Ability to develop high-quality data products (catered to the audience) that tell stories and inspire action
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members
- Exceptional judgment and discretion when dealing with highly sensitive HR data
- Strong initiative and attention to detail

- 2+ years of relevant analytics experience focused on delivering data-driven insights
- Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to deliver solutions in a timely fashion
- Proven experience working with semi-structured, multifactorial data to solve problems
- Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SAP Analytics Cloud, Visier)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience of working in an HR Area would be an advantage
- University degree (Majoring in mathematics/ statistics/ computer science preferred)
