Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist professional for their large and growing contact centre operation in Heredia, Costa Rica.
The key requirements for this role will be as follows:
Recruiting
- Conducting screening interviews
- Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
- Putting together an employment offer
- Guiding the salary negotiations
- Conducting a background check
- Managing the employee onboarding process
- Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention
- Serving as an advisor to hiring managers
- Works with immigration for visas for foreign hires

- Staff bonus and incentive polices
- Other employer benefits administration as applicable.
Absence administration
- Leaves of absence
- Paternity/Maternity leave
- Health issues

Employee Relations
- Management training
- Discrimination/harassment investigations
- Misconduct investigations

- Conducting exit interviews.
- Workforce negotiations
- Succession planning
- Organizational structure
- Communication expertise
- Values and culture

Technical/Analytics
- Know how to calculate turnover and a return on investments on programs and policies.
- A strong understanding of analytics is necessary to grow and develop the staff in the business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ¢958,460.00 - ¢1,150,150.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heredia, Provincia de Heredia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (required)

- English (required)
