Descripcion general
- Client facing for Employee Services.
- Ensure all key performance indicators are met or exceeded.
- Timely communicate any issues arising from dealing with our clients or processes and understand when and how escalation procedures start.
- Be available to help on the execution of day-to-day functions in an effective manner.
- Have a clear understanding of all policies and procedures under administration.
- Actively increase knowledge of policies and procedures in HR processes.
- Anticipate opportunities for improvements in processes to comply with establish policies.
- Understand and correctly utilize resources provided by internal systems, policies, and procedures.
- Effectively partner and build productive working relationships with peers, leadership, and other departments.
- Actively contribute to maintain a team culture that promotes a growth mindset.
- Immediately adopt and implement programs that enhance our client experience.
Requisitos a aplicar
- Experience: 2 years of working experience in a HR service center environment, data entry ,case analysis
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical/Operating: 2 years working with HR / Case Management Systems.
(SAP, Service Now, Workday, etc.)
- Language: English advanced.
Strong writing skills in English and Spanish.
Basic level of Portuguese will be a plus.
- Intermediate Excel
