The HR Specialist will be responsible for performing HR duties for Commercial Product Supply, Liberia; collaborating with the HR Manager to build capabilities for driving sustainable and profitable business growth. This will be the most technologically advanced plant in the world for the Coca-Cola Company with a total of 130 associates initially. It is expected to grow throughout the years. Role will require innovation, passion and drive.

The HR Specialist will be proactively serving to achieve the HR mission of CPS Liberia and performing day-to-day HR functional activities. The two main areas of focus will be Employee Relations and Corporate Communications.

Provide leadership, tactical direction and expertise within various HR functional areas, including recruitment, training and development, employee relations, organizational management, health and safety coordination, local on-boarding as well as other HR projects as assigned.Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related
- Previous experience in similar roles
- Fluent Spanish and English
- Workday knowledge is desirable.
