IAM Operations Analyst(Identity and Access Management)
As an Operations Analyst, you are responsible for incident management, service requests, daily health checks, reporting and basic administration of various IAM products. The role will be user interfacing and requires strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should have 1- 3 of prior IAM product specific or operational support experience.

What you’ll do:
Interface with Equifax users as a first point of contact for incidents, issues and requests. Work with users to address their concerns, follow run books for issue resolution and guide users on self-service functionality.
Administrative support and health check activities for various IAM product suites. (Sailpoint, CyberArk, Saviynt etc.)
Work closely with IAM Governance to build reports and gather artifacts to assist with internal/external audit responses.
Develop security management through application integrity and identity & access management
Ensure security through privacy & data protection
Understand and apply identity security concepts, processes, and technologies and educate business areas
Review, analyze, and create detailed documentation of Identity Management needs, including workflows and steps required to maintain and minimize security impacts
Provides support to business areas regarding access management and permissions.
Partner with internal teams to drive data management framework and processes by documenting new identity management automation processes, workflows and policies.
Qualifications:
English level skills - Fully Bilingual (B2 - C1)
3-5 years of experience of troubleshooting in different technologies
3-5 years of experience in incident/request handling
1-2 years of experience with Active Directory/ LDAP
1-2 years of experience with ServiceNow, GSuite, and writing excel macros for reporting and analysis
1 year of experience running queries and building reports (Splunk, BigQuery etc.)
Extra points for any of the following:
DevOps skills like Chef, Terraform, Jenkins, etc
Knowledge of Identity Lifecycle workflows (account management)
Hands-on experience with Sailpoint or other IGA products
Hands-on experience with CyberArk or other PAM products
Development skills (Java)
Knowledge on IT governance and service strategy
Experience collaborating with IT compliance assessments (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, NIST)
Bachelor on information technology or computer science or advance student
A strong understanding of user entitlement reviews, end to end provisioning processes and user lifecycle management (1-2 years experience)
