**Job Summary**:
The associate will be responsible for all Identify and Access management needs, gathering of requirements for provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts, coordination between the business and IT in order to ensure a smooth onboarding and exit of company employees.
The associate may have to diagnoses issue and follow set procedures to solve first-level problems with direct oversight.
May acts as initial contact for technical support in aiding end users with basic technical issues related to computer workstation hardware, software, network, operating system, mobile devices, printer setup and internet connectivity.
**Job Role**:

- Troubleshooting IAM issues during support hours
- Providing operational support for IAM-related matters, including provisioning and deprovisioning of accounts.
- Writing/running scripts using PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks
- Working on alerts and remediate any access violation issues
- Working closely with the global teams on projects.
- Knowledge in tools like, Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange on-perm/online, PowerShell and SailPoint.
- Work directly with hiring/terminating managers, Human Resources and other technical teams in order to determine needs.
- Communicates with users to help them understand and resolve their problems; follows up with users when necessary.
- Produce required reports established by management.
- Process adhoc and standard project tasks assigned.
- Understands and follows defined departmental policies, procedures and processes in a team environment.
- Prioritize everyday tasks.
- Processes and template documentation and creation.
- Provide feedback to Management about opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate and follow up with other lines of service before transferring tickets or accepting tickets from other queues.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, task and working schedule.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast-changing work environment.
- Performs all other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:

- Strong Organization and Good Attention to Detail
- Good Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines / SLAs
- Active Directory, Exchange knowledge and PowerShell are a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

**Education & Experience**:

- Active Directory and Exchange knowledge.
- Studies in relevant field preferred.
- Advance English Skills

**Salary**: ¢1,000,000.00 - ¢1,500,000.00 per month
