:Responsibilities
: As part of L2 support, candidate will need to triage .NET code

:Incident Support and Effective monitoring for the Honeywell application with proper instrumentation with the tools like AppDynamics, nagios
:Incident Management : ability to do analytical investigation to provide resolution through work around for application issues and batch failures as per L2 SLA
:Problem management : raise PRB tickets in Service Now and perform root Cause Investigation independently or jointly with L3 / Dev. team
:Work closely with L3/Dev/Build team on new releases and ensure support preparedness for release and deployments
:Participate in Incident calls and provide technical solution in collaboration with CS SMEs and L3/Dev. team
:Excellent Communication skill : Ability to communicate with users, stake holders and CS SMEs on ongoing, outstanding issues to arrive at a solution.
:Assess business impact and own communication to stake holders and CS higher management
:Sense of ownership and accountability
:Learn in deep by solving real problems and operating DNS, FTP, mail servers, cloud environments, web servers, database servers... in Linux and Windows environments, both ::physical and cloud based.
:Work closely with platform team to reproduce and debug issues.
:Work with Azure platforms.
:Learn to listen and understand the inquiries and problems of the clients.
:Analyze and improve systems performance and scalability, and help to automate the systems management.
:Interact with customers, understanding their needs, and find the best technological solution.
:Respond to incidents, diagnose their root cause and fix the underlying problems, designing improvements to avoid the problems to be repeated.
:Proficient knowledge or experience with systems testing tools.
:Work to continuously improve speed, efficiency and scalability of the build and test systems.
:Prepare test plan documents and write test procedures
:Implement test plans within current guidelines by analyzing project requirement documents.
:Review project documentation for all assigned projects to ensure that the project requirements are clearly defined.
:Design, develop, test, maintain and execute reusable test scripts across different test environments for consistency.
:Ability to execute test cases manually (if needed) based on business requirements.
:Coordinate testing activities across all business groups and clients.
:Work with requirements teams to define test cases and maintain RVTM
:Report defects and escalate issues as needed.
:Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self:directed task management.
:Good oral communication and writing skills
