**Infraestructure Analyst (On site)**

SGF Global is looking for a Infraestructure Analyst, for Food & Beverages enterprise in San José, Costa Rica.
**Overview**:
This position is part of the Company's Engineering and Architecture team providing support globally and implement systems for infrastructure, including user's support as a 3rd level escalation.
Focus for this position will be Citrix (XenApp 6.5 up to CVAD 9.12), Printing (Printer Logic), Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), SCCM (client incidents), Antivirus (Carbon Black) and Mobile Device Management (Mobile Iron), Web Services.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic or related field.- 1 - 3 years of experience.- 3 years of experience as Microsoft Windows Server Operating System Administrator.- 3+ years of experience managing network printing services on an enterprise environment.- 3+ years of experience managing SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams on an enterprise environment.- 3+ years of experience managing web servers on an enterprise environment.Intermediate experience managing and securing mobile devices on an enterprise environment.- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Active Directory and GPOs.- Basic knowledge on Citrix technologies and thin client management.- Basic knowledge in batch, VBScript, and PowerShell scripting languages- English C1- Full time (8h)
