The Infrastructure Consultant will be responsible for designing, installing and configuring the Red Hat OpenShift product.
An exceptional Infrastructure Consultant must have extensive knowledge of the Red Hat's products and services and must understand how they can be applied to bring customers success and value.
Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and potential customers.
Demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.
Collaborate and support the sales department to understand the customer.
Identify and resolve customer technical objections, prescriptively guiding them.
Install and configure products to meet customer needs.
Configuration and management of a Kubernetes container platform in a large-scale environment (50+ deployments) Administration of a Kubernetes container platform in a large-scale environment (50+ deployments).
Includes but not limited to: Provision new projects and users with appropriate RBAC settings Updating base container images ensuring Developers use new images.
This requires communication and coordination.
Kubernetes platform Service and Route debugging Work with customers to understand their specific needs and propose products/ services.
Provide advice to DevSecOps engineers across multiple development teams CI/CD expertise including configuration management.
Configuration and management of DevSecOps software and tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab Configuration and management of Geoserver/ ArcGis or similar geospatial editing software.
Configuration and management of an API Gateway technology e.g.
Red Hat 3Scale/NGINX or a similar.
Travel required.

**Requisitos**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or MIS/IT or equivalent experience English advanced 4+ years of experience working as a sales engineer, or in an equivalent role with large enterprise accounts 4+ years in a professional senior technical role such as technical lead, team lead, or any other hands-on leadership role.
Extensive knowledge of and experience with emerging technology in areas where Red Hat competes including DevOps, microservices, cloud platforms, software-defined storage, container platform and orchestration, and virtualization including NFV.
Background in at least two of the following technologies will be required: Red Hat JBoss EAP; OpenShift, OpenStack, Fuse, RHEL ?.
Experience supporting hybrid cloud infrastructure on/with a major cloud provider, such as AWS, Azure, GCP
