Description As a Infrastructure Senior Delivery Manager you will Provide Project Delivery leadership for the Global Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) initiative as part of an integrated project team. This initiative includes the refresh of our HCI private cloud environments for our global P&G plants, warehouses, distribution centers and labs. This is a highly strategic and visible project that involves some of our most critical company systems. The role will require a tight partnership with both our central IT-based project team and our site Product Supply.
Responsibilities for this role include close collaboration with our global sites to clarify and drive the project scope and schedule to complete the installation and start up of the HCI virtual hosting solution within range of targeting timings and costs.

Qualifications
1.Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the following areas:
- Basic core infrastructure facilities knowledge (Rack, UPS, HVAC)
- Basic Network (LAN/WAN/Firewall)
- Basic Server (OS, Infrastructure)
- Basic Virtualization Technology knowledge (hosts, storage, backup, hypervisor)
- Data protection levels and solutions understanding
- IT Continuity requirements understanding
- Disaster Recovery concepts knowledge
2. Project Management
- Execute and handle multiple similar projects in parallel with unique parameters but part of the same program
- Show passion to turn issues into action, identify solutions and commit to completion
- Apply different project management methodologies as reasonable
- Experience leading project teams across different countries and cultures
3. Service Management
- Understand the different service offers to provide hosting capability in P&G
- Be able to guide and control standardization of hosting services
- Lead cost and products/solutions from different angles, such as service owner, service consumer and external supplier
- Ensure efficient interaction with internal service customers through education
4. Vendor Relationship Management
- Be a great partner with key suppliers for project and service execution
- Find opportunity areas for cost and service optimization
- Build and maintain measurement tools for service quality and quantity with suppliers
5. Soft Skills required
- Communicate fluent in English language
- Sense road blocks which may turn into project/service issues and drive resolution
- Understand regional differences in work relations Success Measures
- Complete the defined scope (virtual hosting capacity installation) on time (according to refresh cycle or project demand) and on budget (in range of the targeted cost elements).
- Minimize the 'infrastructure refresh overdue' critical metric while guiding site's resources to close site readiness gaps.
- Deliver deployment projects at agreed on target date.
