Requisitos:
- Bachelor's Degree and Inside Sales / Customer Service experience required
- Demonstrated excellent communicator (Listening, verbal, written, spoken)
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of an account team
- Customer focus and a willingness to assist our customers and solve their problems while following up on their questions and issues
- Energetic and enthusiastic individual that wants to learn and grow with the company
- Driven by goal oriented results
- Analytical and structured thinking with an ability to understand customers request and find resources within TE to find solutions for them
- Demonstrated adaptability to change priorities and strategies based on dynamic business conditions
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required
- Working knowledge of SAP preferred
- TE Product knowledge preferred

Actividades a realizar:
- Act as the Voice-of-the-Customer for supporting customer needs to internal departments, and as the Face-of-TE to our customers by supporting daily inquiries regarding products, quotations, and overall business support issues (Identify areas of improvement based on customer feedback and assist in creating and implementing solutions.)
- Work closely with local Account Manager to drive growth in and around the local region. Work with other Inside Sales team members and Account Managers around the world to drive exceptional customer experiences both inside and outside of TE.
- Assist with transfer activities as business moves into local Costa Rica sites.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with Customers to drive an exceptional Customer experience.
- Understand business processes and make proactive decisions, effectively solving Customer issues, and increasing sales.
- Work closely with Product Management to provide proactive applications solutions for our customers, and assist in the introduction of new products. (Understand customer needs and requirements, recommends potential products/services such as technical assistance and web site navigation.)
- Respond to customers on sample request, quoting activity and work closely with the Commercial Team to secure new business.
- Work with Pricing Team to maintain up-to-date pricing agreements (CPA).
- Assist in developing the pipeline for future sales activity through daily interactions with Customers.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned region.
- Research new customers identify potential sales growth opportunities.
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis.
- Responds professionally to inquiries via multiple methods (phone, email, fax, meetings, etc.).
- Independently, or as a team member, investigate and resolve Customer issues ? delivery, price, quality and product information, etc. - in a timely fashion.
- Identify and drive corrective actions and improvement projects that will raise Customer satisfaction levels.
- Display strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional attitude.
