Insight Sales Representative

The Insight Sales Representative will be responsible for conducting Lead generations to develop new businesses in order to achieve sales quotas.
This role is within our Customer Managed Services (CMS) department, where you'll work with our internal team, vendor partners, and customers around the world to commercialize and use I.T.
products and solutions.Their core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships, they work with multiple small accounts or a few larger ones.
As the main point of contact for many clients, they are in the business of customer service and may be involved in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
- Manage a book of accounts successfully through research, consistent follow up and strategic thinking.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
- Perform effective online demos, spot checks and POCs to prospects
- Proper Salesforce documentation (Updating Regularly)
- Keep up with the constant Riverbed Trainings

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- High school diploma/GED (Bachillerato en Educación Media) required, college degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
- 100% proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required
- 2+ years of call center as a lead generations processes.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing more than 50 calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
