About the Role:

Leads a high performing, customer centric team within Global Business Services (GBS) providing one or more business services to Boston Scientific. Ensures consistency with global processes and maximizes operational efficiency.

The main purpose of this position will be collaborating with the Finance Department on maintaining and monitoring Boston Scientific and acute;s Fixed Assets, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines and better profession practices, both internally and externally.

Document control over in process constructions will be part of his/her responsibilities.
:

Provide support in order to comply with Free Trade Zone regulations, therefore following procedures created for such purposes by the company, such as the physical filing of documentation supporting fixed asset capitalization or the creation of control assets, as well as conducting periodical physical sampling. Furthermore, he/she will be in charge of the proper maintenance of the asset control supplemental system.

Advanced student in Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.

English Level desired:

(65 and above/B1)

Desired knowledge: SAP, Local and US accounting standards, Free Zone Trade and laws. :
