About the Role:
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientificinternship program that offers on:the:job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide under supervisory direction, assist in the daily support of products, processes, materials, and equipment in order to achieve production goals (i.e., quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and safety).The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company. In this specific role you will to bring clarity and consistency to product development documents through accurate and concise writing and effective use of document format.To write, translate, revise, organize, plan, summarize, edit, and proofread technical documents.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Provides clerical and documentation support for design change activities
:Provide administrative support on a timely and accurate basis
:Co:author or contribute to the creation and revision of Sustaining Engineering deliverables
:Provide clerical documentation tasks in support of documentation control
:Independently executes small scale projects related to clerical documentation responsibilities.
:Effectively self directs and prioritizes tasks with only occasional counseling and supervision.
:Expertly applies BSC data management tools (PLM and SAP) associated with clerical documentation tasks and can coach/direct other users.
:Clearly and correctly state and summarize technical information and conclusions in documents
:Organize and transform raw data into usable tables and graphs
:Make suggestions or corrections in order to make a document more clear and concise
:Create the draft or framework of a document for the engineer or team to use as their working document
:Review and peer:edit the work of other writers to ensure high quality standards within the technical writing group
:Participate in project meetings
What We're Looking For:
:Atleast 80 of studies completedin Bachelor, Licenciaturein English or Applicable Field.
:Currently enrolledin the career.
:English Level required: C1:(90)
:Full Time avaliability (Desirable)
:Avaible for a temporary position (12 months).
