About the role
:Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in one or more of the following areas: compensation, payroll, employee information, staffing/recruiting, learning and development, benefits and employee relations.
Your responsibilities include
:Employee files:
Serve as the primary contact for active/inactive employee records; responsible for the upkeep and location of files.
Sort or classify information according to requirements.
Maintain employee records and spaces according to 5S standards
Perform periodic audits of personnel files to support recordkeeping integrity and regulatory compliance.
Scan and index documents.
Track materials removed from files to ensure that borrowed files were returned
Update our internal databases with employee information, including contact details and academic information
:Customer service:
Provide a high level of customer service in a fast paced client focused environment in person, by mail, by telephone.
Address employee queries about company policies
Support of departmental representatives in HR questions
Support passports or visa processes as required
:Exit interviews
Assist HRGs with exit interviews
Complete termination cycle with C and B
:Employee Engagement:
Assist HRGs with administrative activities including scheduling meetings, organizing events/social hours, recognition programs, and other activities which keep our department running effectively
Assist HRGs during the on:boarding and resignation process
Deal with sensitive and confidential information on a daily basis
Prepare HR:related reports as needed
Gather employee data through surveys, focus groups, interviews
What were looking for
:Currently studying an Administration or Human Resources Admnistration Degree. (Required)
:HR Assistant Technical Degree or related field.(Desirable)
:50:60 English Level.
:Knowledge in Microsof Office.
