About the Role:
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on-the-job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide Process/Quality Engineering support to manufacturing or new product development teams, helping to ensure delivery of highest quality product or new products to the customer.
The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Consults with managers & leaders in the business & functions to understand business problems and opportunities to identify opportunities to enhance human performance through training or other solutions. Anticipates future training needs based on business requirements and changes.
- Designs and develops learning solutions. Collaborates with internal subject matter experts and/or cross-functional teams for content development. May also work to identify external programs, resources and vendors that specifically meet learning & development needs. Works with vendors to provide quality cost effective solutions. May lead and/or support negotiations of resources, schedules, contracts and fees for both internal and externally developed programs.
- Identifies and qualifies instructors, both internal and external. Continually evaluates instructor effectiveness.
- May lead, manage, facilitate or support L&D processes and efforts required to meet Quality System and compliance requirements.
- Organizes and implements the delivery of learning solutions including any re-training actions necessary. Leads, manages, and/or supports the initial roll-out of new programs. Leads, manages, and/or supports the sustained forecasting and delivery of programs to meet business needs.
- Documents training and manages training records. May lead, manage or support the development and use of reports to in support of audits, Management Review, and manager accountability.
- Measures the effectiveness of learning programs. May design, implement, or support the development and use learning assessment methodologies and tools.
- May lead, manage, and/or support learning effectiveness feedback into the L&D life cycle management processes.
- May lead, manage or participate on cross-functional teams to continuously improve L&D systems and processes.
- May be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of a learning solution, project, program or set of programs. What We’re Looking For:
- Barchelor’s degree in Administration, Psicology or Related.
- Desired knowledge: Microsoft Office basic
- English Level desired: B1+: (50% - 59%).
- Available for a temporary Internship (12 months).
