About the Role:

This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on-the-job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide directly responsible for production, as well as line personnel.

The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.

Your Responsibilities Include:

- Oversee the efficiency and standardization of operations.
- Directly responsible for production and product quality, as well as line personnel.
- Analyze and evaluate process improvements to reduce defects, scrap, and/or improve yields.
- Follow procedures established for each operation and keep work areas organized and clean at all times.
- Participate and/or lead problem solving processes, whether due to increasing trends on complaints, defects, scrap, or low productivity, among others.
- Provide feedback to PB IV. What We’re Looking For:

- At least 80% of studies completed in Barchelor Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Field.
- English Level required: B2: 80%.
- Desirable knowledge in: APICs Certification, Problem Solving Methodologies, Lean Tools.
- Available for a temporary Internship (12 months).
