As a University Recruiter you will be expected to use outward bound recruiting tactics to identify, develop and help bring to closure University hires.
The University Recruiter is an integral member of the University Recruiting & Relations team. As a member of this team you will work directly on our University recruiting strategies. You will provide full-cycle recruiting support including the development, implementation and maintenance of employment and other recruiting and sourcing programs. Sources, identifies, pre-screens/qualifies interviews, negotiates salaries and closes candidates for administrative, professional, technical, supervisory and management positions. Coaches hiring managers and coordinates the entire staffing process..
3-5 years of recruiting experience with preference given to supporting a high growth, high change environment.
Experience executing all stages of the recruitment process including strategy and target development list, identifying, sourcing, screening, interviewing, referencing, closing and follow-up.
Experience with University Recruiting or University Relationship Management a plus.
Experience with Interns & New Graduates Program is a MUST.
