About the Role:
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on:the:job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide support to the Financial Department in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, general accounting, fix assest, and accounts payable.
The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:May execute the following resposibilities:
:Collaborate with the Finance Department on the creation and review of weekly (scheduled) and bi:weekly (Management) payrolls, the accounting record, maintenance and control of Boston Scientific and acute;s payroll system, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines.
:Collaborate with the Finance Department on maintaining and monitoring Boston Scientific and acute;s Fixed Assets, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines and better profession practices, both internally and externally.
:Collaborate with the Finance Department on recording, maintaining and monitoring Boston Scientific and acute;s Accounts Payable, in this way meeting and exceeding legal guidelines and better profession practices, both internally and externally.
:Collaborate with the Finance Department in the implementation of the Site and acute;s Internal Control System (including SOX Regulations), the development of procedures, and the execution of internal audits, which allow Boston Scientific to comply with local and international Finance regulations.
:Assist the Finance Department in recording accounting transactions,maintenance and control of balance sheet accounts as well as in the critical tasks of treasury, namelyconsolidation of weekly cash flow, reconciliation bank accounts and control and management of bank balances as to meet and exceed both internally and externally, with legal guidelines and best practices of the profession.
What Were Looking For:
:At least 60 of studies completed in Bachelor in Accounting or Finance related or Related Field.
:English Level required: A2:(40:49)
:Desirable knowledge in: SAP, knowledge banking system, knowledge reconciling banck accounts, knowledge seats accounting.
:Avaible for a temporary position(12 months).
