About the Role:
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on:the:job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide Gathers data and conducts analysis with the goal of improving the organizations supply chain operations. Identifies underperforming areas in the supply chain and may suggest improvements or resolutions to problems. The Supply Chain Analyst will also lead/support key improvement initiatives within the Logistics functions: international transportation, commercial trade, warehousing, 3PLs management, contract sterilizers and subcontracting providers.
The internship period will be for a period of up to 12 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Collecting and analyzing supply chain data.
:Recommending improvements to boost performance and reduce costs.
:Coordinating with other professionals to implement changes and new systems.
:Fostering a Culture of Compliance by operating within guidelines and procedures, leading by example and focusing on risk assessment.
:Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse:slotting, route planning).
:Oversee inventory procedures.
:Evaluate vendor operations (e.g. freight forwarders) according to quality standards.
:Help foster trusting relationships with business partners.
:Track KPIs and report on supply chains performance.
:Discover the most cost:effective shipping modes and schedules.
What Were Looking For:
:At least 80 of studies completed in bachelors in Commerce, Business Administration, Int Relationship, Industrial Engineering or related field.
:English Level required: B2:80.
:Desirable knowledge in: SAP, Free Zone Trade and laws.
:Avaible for a temporary position (12 months).
