About the Role:
Leads a high performing, customer centric team within Global Business Services (GBS) providing one or more business services to Boston Scientific. Ensures consistency with global processes and maximizes operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Include:
*Be part of a high performing, customer centric team within Global Business Services (GBS) providing one or more business services to Boston Scientific.
*Ensures consistency with global processes and maximizes operational efficiency.
*Point of contact for internal and external customer queries and issues. issues.
*Helpdesk for P2P related questions across Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Vendor Master and myBuy enablement.
* Resolve phone and email queries / issues timely while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
* Able to meet customer expectations within SLA
* Solves problems for customers (internal and external)
* Is able to root cause problems to identify solutions and explain to the customer what are the options available.
* Knows, understand and follows policies and procedures.
* Knows and understand the procure to pay process (PTP)
* Partner across PTP service lines to root cause, resolve and mitigate
* Participate in projects or actions to improve the overall performance quality of the P2P process.
* Creating and maintaining up to date documenation of the processes.
* Reporting on metrics like: SLA, Volume of tickets, Tickets by category, First pass yield.
* Training other staff members on troubleshooting, systems and process.
What Were Looking For:
*English required 70 and Portuguese (Desirable)
* 1:2 years of global P2P experience (desirable)
* Experience in using Aribas PtP module, the category enablement process, and overall use of catalogs (Optional)
* Analytics and problem solving experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, Service Now (not mandatory but desirable)
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Customer service orientation
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable with frequent change and ambiguity in a matrix organization
* Analytical decision making; problem solver
* Ability to deliver against targets and objectives
* Strong organizational skills; ability to prioritize and multi:task in a fast:paced environment with a high regard for urgency and accuracy
