About the Role:
This opportunity will make you a part of Boston Scientific internship program that offers on:the:job training or project performed by university senior students at a company. The role will include activities provide Develops capable processes and ensures efficient and effective transfer of product into production.
The internship period will be for a period of up to 6 months and the student will receive a subsidy during their period on the company.
Your Responsibilities Include:
:Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and innovates and implements process improvements on multiple and moderately complex processes.
:Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, procedures, tooling and/or automation.
:Executes the functional deliverables associated with the PDP/TDP, Project Management, and Quality Systems.
:Ensures proper documentation is completed to meet quality systems requirements. (e.g., BOMs, Routers, FMEAs, etc.)
:Develops qualified production lines.
:Additional Duties:
:Oversees development builds associated with the project using special work requests.
:Writes validation protocols and reports applicable to new processes.
:Prepares and presents technical data and recommendations at technical reviews.
:Provides Design for Manufacturability (DFM) input to the engineering print package.
:Contributes ideas to or generates Intellectual Property submissions.
:Trains and/or provides work direction to technicians and may train manufacturing personnel when required as part of a validation.
:May serve as core team member or extended team member on new product projects.
What Were Looking For:
:At least 80 of studies completed in Bachelor in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electronic, Electrical Industrial Maintenance Business Administration or related.
:English Level required: B2: 80.
:Desirable knowledge in: Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma Knowledge Statistical skills, PDP/TDP, Process Validations, Project Management.
:Avaible for a temporary Internship (6 months).
