About the role
:Perform financial and costs analysis tasks which contribute to decision making. Monitor the companyn++s budget and perform necessary financial analysis, which allow appropriate financial management.
Your responsibilities include:
:Inventory: Analysis of inventory performance, waste and efficiency indicators and risk of loss. Price variation analysis and Control of Inventory Reserves process. Monitoring:implementation of internal and operational inventory controls, generate engage and teamwork with other departments will be fundamental.
:Monthly Close: Collaborate with the calendar of monthly closing activities. Determine the financial impact on the accounting cycle and analysis and follow up of variations to the Inventory Accounts (PPV, Inventory Charges, POV). Generate reports on month closing related Inventory accounts for managerial decision making.
:External and Intenals Audit: Coordinate, provide the information and meet the requirements of the External/internal Financial Audit to complete its reviews and reports. Follow up for the correction, adjustment or implementation of external audit recommendations. Update of company process narratives related with inventory.
:SOX 404 Audit Inventory Matrix: Collaborate in any consultation related to SOX 404:Inventory Matrix. Coordinate training for owners and evaluators of SOX 404. Follow up on the fulfillment of the agenda of SOX 404 revisions during the year based on the corporate calendar.
:Annual Budget and Quarterly Forecast: Contribute to the development of annual budgets related with Inventory accounts (PPV:POV, Inventory Charges), their control and variation analysis. Contribute to the preparation of quarterly forecasts which are then sent to the Headquarters.
:Others: Promote a satisfactory level of customer service both for internal and external clients of the Company.

Bachelor and acute;s or Licenciate degree in: Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
:Prefered Qualifications: SAP,
web based systems, SOX, Lean and Microsoft Office applications
