- Responsible for all circuit and hardware inventory tracking of all circuit orders and inventory.
Timeliness and quality are critical
- Work with suppliers on ensuring their consolidated circuit reports are accurate
- Collaborate closely with peer IT organizations to audit existing inventory and development tools to integrate into Netbox, Service Now and CMDB.
- The circuit inventory database is a critical to several processes as input (financial reporting, forecasting, etc.)
The inventory specialist will collaborate with team members in other organizations to confirm and reconcile inventory details.
- Works with team and site contacts for data collection for both site and circuit information required.
Ensure accuracy in entering data into spreadsheets, Netbox and Service Now
- Works closely with team to assist in tracking all circuit attributes, circuit terms, acceptance criteria results.
Ensures circuit ceases are provided to supplier in timely manner
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
