- This position assists Product Managers by scoping the proposed solution leading to accurate cost and time estimates.
The incumbent facilitates requirements gathering, structures documentation and presents findings.
- This position contributes to IT deliverables and produces simple Agile IT work products.
Typical tasks and work products include:
- Act as the liaison between the business and the technical team members through the solution delivery process.-
- Working with Agile practices and associated skills including user story writing.-
- Detailed interrogation of Product Owners needs and gathering functional and non-functional requirements.-
- Help perform functional acceptance testing of enhancements, patches and upgrades.-
- Perform system troubleshooting in a production support environment.-
- Assist users in solving both functional and system issues within agreed-to service level agreements (SLAs).Assist in designing and formulating solutions.The position prefers the following skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering and/or Finance.-
- 0 to 3 years of relevant prior experience beyond formal education.-
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and present them in simple terms to non
- technical team members and Product Owner-
- Experience in documenting complex business requirements, functional specifications and test scenarios.-
- Understanding of key AGILE concepts.-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
