It Control Testing Analyst

Job DescriptionReporting to the Control Testing Manager, the IT Control Testing Analyst will perform control testing over data security and key resiliency risks across the Experian global business.
They will work alongside the team of the Controls Testing Leads and the Data Analytics Team and will support them in the risk assessment, planning activities, and the identification and development of data analytics strategies.What you will be doing:1.
You will perform control testing over data and information security, and important resiliency risks2.
Develop testing plans applying of advanced analytics and manual activities and implement testing across multiple departments and regions, coordinating activities with senior partners,3.
You will collaborate with the Data Analytics team to identify opportunities for converting manual testing into assurance activity4.
Direct the Data Analytics team to improve models and visualisation based on the results of testing and future plans5.
Support the Control Testing Manager in the maintenance of the risk universe to support the identification and prioritisation of testing and reporting of results and coverage6.
You will help maintain the testing methodology by bringing new ideas to improve our testing performanceQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, computer science, management information systems, engineering or other information technology related field+3 years of experience implementing and testing controls, or risk management and/or compliance environmentsAdvanced english and portuguese language skillsProject management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.Experience collaborating with teams to ensure policy consistency and local regulatory complianceExperience proposing solutionsAn approach that promotes collaboration and consultation.Experience identifying important risks in access management and influence improvements in the control environment.Analytical experience identifyuing potential risks and develop solutionsKnowledge of risk assessmentGood Partner ManagementAdditional InformationThis is a permanent home-based role in Costa Rica.
