In this position, you will be responsible for the installation and qualification of test equipment, sustaining engineering, driving continuous improvement in the module (equipment) and new technology introduction to Costa Rica Test Facility. Critical Success Indicator (CSI's) include module safety, quality (yield and defects per million) and output. your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Ensuring copy exact (CE!) of equipment, process and procedures within the module
- Perform module install and qualification
- Responding to costumer and/or client request or events as they occur
- Developing solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment
- Sustaining activities to improve overall module indicators

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
- 80% Overall English Level
3+ years of experience in:
- SQL query experience on SQL server and/or Oracle PL/SQL
- TCP-IP networking, Windows server 2008 or above
- Data analysis, using Excel, JMP or Power Query
Desired Qualifications but not required:
- In addition to Systems Engineering a Bachelors in Electronic / Electrical, Mechanical
- 3+ years of experience in: High Volume Manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of microprocessor test and finish equipment and process
- UNIX/Linux knowledge
- Managing Windows and Windows Server systems.
- Coding: Scripting Perl, Python, Windows batch file. C++ and C#
- LEAN and Six Sigma
Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits:
- Demonstrated discipline, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
