As a Support Analyst Student you will:
- Provide identification and fixing of Microsoft Office and On Premise application problems by tracking and ensuring the expeditious solution of L3 tickets
- Help the OPSW Ops APT to identify requirements and solutions using Agile/DevOps approaches
- Help to develop and maintain detailed and accurate documentation required for operational procedures troubleshooting aids, and technical analyses for Microsoft and other vendor products
- Work in collaboration with other APTs, OPSW and Infosys teams across different locations
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Relevant experience can be obtained through school work, classes and project work, internships and/or work experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor, Licenciatura or Master degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- The degree must be from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Applicants must be able to devote a minimum of 23 work-hours per week to this position.
- Must be able to stay at least 1 year as an active student.
- Intermediate to Advanced English (written/verbal).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite installation and troubleshooting
- Email support, configuration, troubleshooting
- Microsoft Windows environment configuration
- Knowledge using ISMP (Service Now), IMCT and other basic IT support solutions
- Experience handling IT Escalations
- Agile and SAFe experience working in APT mode
- Data analysis knowledge (running reports in Power BI, Excel pivots and indicators)
- Knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office 365 online apps such as Yammer, Delve, Flow, Planner, Exchange Online, PowerApps, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online and Teams
- Knowledge in Microsoft server and Active Directory environment
- Knowledge in Shared Files environment
