Job Description:

The ITSM Support Analyst is part of the solution team that is responsible for the support and delivery of the B2B eCommerce platform at 3M. Support analysts will triage and analyze incidents while communicating with different product teams to guide incidents to resolution. This is done in a way that accelerates customer engagement by matching world class and innovative technology solutions to customer needs.
