Java Developer

Requisitos:
The Java Developer is a key player on our team, contributing to the planning, development, execution, quality assurance and testing of all the marketed web properties. The successful candidate will be in charge of handling the company's framework, fixing any issues that may arise and executing improvements when necessary.

Technical Areas of Assessment:
7+ years of experience in hands on development using Java with experience of rapidly growing ecosystem of Java tools and best practices.

Experience in the following Java technologies: Tomcat7, Java Servlets, JSP, JDBC, and Selenium.

Desirable knowledge of AWS, My SQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.

Strong back-end knowledge is a must.

Knowledge of nodeJS and MongoDB.

Version control tools, e.g. GIT, Subversion or equivalent.

Work with server, network and database technologies in designing system software for high performance/availability and in resolving escalated cross-domain operational issues.

The successful candidate must demonstrate experience implementing critical solutions to problems using current code and framework resources with a high sense of urgency in a fast-paced business environment.

Expertise in debugging web platform issues and doing root cause analysis.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education:
Advanced student of Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development or equivalent
