Job summary:
The person hired for the position of Jr. Email Developer will have a strong understanding of customer experience and email marketing best practices. You will collaborate with our US, Canada (USAC) and LATAM Digital Resource Centers (DRC) and then be charged with but not limited to the implementation of marketing automation campaigns, emails, landing pages and forms. This individual will then work at the tactical level to develop campaigns, execute test plans, ensure deliverability and provide performance metrics. In this role, they will also be responsible for representing 3M consistently by following brand standard and adhering to digital best practices.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
•Manage contact list uploads and segment health
•Create and execute basic email campaigns
•Track and report performance of marketing automation campaigns
•Build campaigns based off workflows designed by digital strategists
•Develop controls on all data inputs and outputs to drive data cleanliness.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing automation best practices.
Qualifications/Requirements:
•Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must.
•High school diploma/GED or higher from an accredited learning institution
•Minimum of two (2) years of experience in digital marketing
•Combined experience with marketing automation using systems such as Eloqua, Pardot,Marketo, and/or other marketing automation systems
•Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects
•Ability to work both independently and as a team member as necessary
•Highly organized, good time management skills
•Detailedoriented
•Collaborative Team player
•Analytical
•Follow 3M Policies
Preferred Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university highly preferred
•Bilingual (English + local)
•Experience working with Jira, Eloqua and Salesforce
•Industry marketing automation experience, knowledge and best practices
•Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail
