Job Description:

The General Accountant’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Closing the financial statements at month-end
- Posting monthly journal entries
- Performing reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
- Maintaining chart of account information
- Researching and resolving questions regarding receivables/payables

Basic Qualifications:

- Accounting degree and experience preferred
- Between 1-2 years of continuous experience
- Minimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent
- Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Working knowledge of Accounting Systems
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Highly client service and quality oriented mindset;
- Structured approach to effectively and efficiently planning own workload
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team oriented person who can focus on the details.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
