Jr. Mainframe Support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Offer technical input, solutions, and recommendations to support project pursuits.
- Actively participate in transition and transformation efforts, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints, quality standards, and customer/internal business/end-user requirements.
- Maintain compliance with operational policies and industry standards in all aspects of technical support.
- Manage the technical/service relationship between DXC Technologies, our customers, and subcontractors/vendors.
- Collaborate with key customers, internal business representatives, and end users to retain customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge of programming.
- Proficiency in database management.
- Preferably a graduate in systems engineering or a related field is a PLUS
- Advanced English Level

- This position may involve remote work at DXC facilities but may require on-site work at customer locations when necessary.
