**Job Description**:
OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Responsible for assisting in the design and realization of advertising pieces, videos, images, content creation, arts visuals and their publication on internal communication channels of the organization and its social networks.
Support in the creativity of campaigns and events required for business attention.
KEY ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS
- Conceptualize visual elements according to the requested requirements.
- Creation of presentations, reports, newsletters and any visual material that is required.
- Support in analysis of the positioning of the brand and its competitors in the national market.
- Support in creating content required to communicate key organizational information.
- Support in the monitoring and moderation of the company's social networks.
- Assist in the execution, analysis and visualization of the results of the organization's internal communication campaigns, and of their Social Networks.
- Stimulate the digital content according to the overall strategy of the organization/project in the different Networks Social.
- Support in the creation and implementation of specific communication plans for each channel of the company.
- Support in the conceptualization and design of campaigns to promote the values of the company and its culture organizational.
- Support in the conceptualization and design of the experience plan of the collaborator.
- Stay up to date on design trends, production technology and brand marketing, with a approach to the technology sector.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE
- Knowledge of the operation of marketing campaigns in digital media.
- Creative skills and a portfolio that demonstrates your knowledge of graphic design.
- Knowledge in Adobe (Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
- Experience in developing content for networks.
- Knowledge in the management of social networks.
ACADEMIC TRAINING
- Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Graphic Design or equivalent experience.
LANGUAGE
- English B2
OTHER KNOWLEDGE
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive relationships with peers in all levels of business.
- Verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of grammar and composition rules required to create, edit and correct material.
COMPETENCES
- Connection, vision, empowerment and initiative.
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of previous experience in similar positions.
