- ** Your Role **:Specialist works providing operational support along with clerical tasks that aid the business operations.
- ** Your Responsibilities**:
- + Learn how to develop the processes into the company system, properly.
+ Attend to training.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
+ Good communications skills.
+ Be proactive to anticipate problems with the process handled.
+ Achieve productivity and quality.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:
- + High school diploma.
+ Intermediate English level - written and oral.
+ Intermediate Excel level.
+ Typing skills (21wpm).
+ Able to do overtime and/or work on holidays.
+ Team Player.
