**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES **:+ Obtain the Recovery and Proof of Delivery of customers' shipments.
+ Update information in the QUICK system.
+ Provide customer service either by telephone or electronically.
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES**:
Hard skills

+ High school diploma.
+ Intermediate - Advanced English level - written and oral.
- + Available to work from Tuesday to Saturday from 2:00pm to 10:00pm.
