** Your Role **:The holder of this position must maintain permanent contact with all those responsible for Quality and Safety in the NAM region, in order to obtain the necessary information to perform their functions.
** Your Responsibilities**:

- + Manage training records in the system.
+ Maintenance of supplier's data base system.
+ Creation of reports and special alerts.
+ Updating Disaster Recovery Plans as per internal customers requirements.
+ Bring customer service in related topics.
+ Other administrative assignments related to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment.
**Your Skills and Experiences**:

- + Bachelor degree or current student in Administration/ Quality/Safety or related fields.
+ 1 year of experience in similar positions.
- + Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English).
+ Proficient MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook).
- + Intermediate to High Advanced Excel.
+ Proven ability to effectively handle multiple, simultaneous tasks.
+ Organized.
+ Multitasking.
+ Proactive.
