Lab Customer Service and Inventory specialist Job Description As a Lab Customer Service and Inventory Specialist, you will be a part of the Long-Term Retention Lab to provide support and services to allow remote testing and debugging for Intel across the globe.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Be the Customer Service champion from the early engagement of new Hub users, to the sustaining.
- Oversee the inventory management processes including hardware, tools, spares, consumables and High Value Inventories.
- Perform data analysis and create, monitoring and publish indicators towards continuous improvement of the hub.
- Keep track of Hub users in a database, understand their needs and how the lab may fulfill them.
As part of your day to day activities, you'd be exposed to:
- Gather customer feedback, including escalations towards resolving issues.
- Understand how to use the hub resources towards fulfilling the priorities.
- Resolve issues to ensure User Experience of customers is Best In Class.
- Understand the basic operation of the hub tools and systems in order to understand execution issues.
- Keep track of the hub inventories to identify utilization and ordering requirements.
- Place shopping carts request additional orders for Systems Under Test not meeting minimum number to support quantity of customers.
- Analyze utilization data from Cloud to identify trends, opportunities, generate reports to make informed decisions.
- Improve User experience though the improvement of the Hub execution by monitoring critical Key Performance Indicators.
Qualifications
Minimum requirements - Essential
Bachelor degree on a Engineering field.
4+ years of professional engineering experience.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work across teams in various geographical locations.
