The person will be in charge of leading project about merchandise and new channel of sales.
Main responsibilities
Defines the Products vision and its strategy.
Controls the products budget.
Is accountable to the quality of the product developeddeployed
It takes the main decisions about the product and is responsible for its success.
Product continuous improvement
Defines product SLA Application performance, support coverage

Gathers the Business needs Ensures that epics are translated into user stories small enough to be developed in one sprint in case of scrum organization.
Manages Product Owners to cowrite the user story with the Business Product Owner.
Defines and order the Product Backlog.
Plans how to realize the Backlog together with the team.
Animates grooming session with development team about the user stories
Helps on sizing the effort with the development team
Ensures that retros are organized periodically for the teams continuous improvement purpose.
