Credito Real USA Finance is one of the nation's top automobile loan providers and we are searching for a **Logistics &** **Remarketing Assistant** to be responsible for performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of repossessions etc.
This position requires your presents in our San Jose/Santa Ana area office Monday - Friday.
**WHAT YOU' LL BE DOING**
- Arrange transport to auction.
- Administer title processes and follow-up as needed, including obtaining repossession titles.
- Auction communication for reconditioning.
- Clearing units for sale once title is received and reconditioning is completed.
- Rapping the units during live sales, (remotely for now as our volume is spread out).
- Handling arbitration issues.
- Closing out payments and chasing receivables from the auctions when applicable.
- Working with recovery/servicing team for customer redemptions.
**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in financial services or similar industry, specific to Remarketing a plus
- Ability to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
- Basic understanding of finance/lending; experience in Remarketing inventory management a plus
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure and continue to complete daily or regular tasks consistently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong English skills

Pay : $1,700/month
