Logistics Project Manager
Job Description
The Costa Rica Site Logistics Project Manager will report to the Costa Rica Site Logistics Manager, as part of the Logistics Global organization. The position plays a pivot role in early engagement in Supply Chain initiatives, acting as Single point of contact for CR Logistics Organization. This role is responsible for integrating the different request from customers and stakeholders, create plans, manage projects or be part of larger project teams to drive supply chain solutions. It should convert business requirements into actionable strategies and tactics to enable logistics excellence as well as supply chain transformation. As project lead should coordinate and prioritize utilization of local/global resources, understand supply chain dynamics, sync up with business requirements, influence internal and external stakeholders and actively moderate scope and lead project teams to drive supply chain solutions.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
- Stakeholder management: Forges alliances with internal customers, business partners, and suppliers. Knows business and stakeholder requirements and proactively delivers solutions.
- Change management adaptability: Ability to work in a self-directed and rapidly changing environment and meet deliverables, despite ambiguity
- Project management: Able to lead a project team or taskforce, assign team action items, drive agenda, develop schedule, align the team on objectives, and execute the project on time. Discusses issues with opposing views and negotiates a resolution to successfully deliver programs.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
-Bachelor or a master's degree in Supply Chain / Business Management, Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:
- Program management experience and/or Certification/knowledge in/of Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. PLC, PMP)
- Experience working in the solution of Supply Chain problems with proven results
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, with ability to forges alliances with internal customers, business partners, and suppliers.
- Analytical problem-solving experience. Capable of analyze data effectively, applies problem-solving skills to solve difficult problems and generates effective solutions

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Travel may be require

HIGHLY DESIRED
- Familiarity with Intel's Factory Network and/or Support organizations, or prior experience supporting or directly working with ATM/FSM/DSDP/manufacturing
- Knowledge of Intel's (or Industry) Semiconductor and business flows, both "internal" and "external/outsourced" (OSAT, ODM, Hybrid Supply Chains).
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and/or Leadership of Lean journey/roadmap(s).
- Familiarity with Intel's Financial Planning tools, processes and calendar, and the ability to gather cost/financial data and synthesize for management report out
