Logistics Quality Security Risk and Controls Analyst
Job Description
The Costa Rica Site Logistics Quality Security Risk and Controls Analyst will report to the Costa Rica Site Logistics Manager, as part of the Logistics Global organization. The position is accountable to provide analytics in the key functional areas of Quality, Security, Risk and Controls for CR Integrated Warehouse to ensure it meets the respective Intel Standards and Comply with local and global policies and regulations.
This include oversee of the Costa Rica Logistics Quality System, ISO compliance and other Operational Standards, partnering closely with the Division and Factory Quality groups. This role manages the application of policies working closely with Intel Security and Controls groups to safeguard the inventory integrity in the warehouse and through the supply chain, including internal and external audits support. The inventory will include but not be limited to assembled goods, finished goods, direct and indirect materials, scrap, and potentially other types of goods as required.
It is essential for the role to translate all the expectations effectively to Intel Suppliers (warehousing, transportation, security and others) and collaborating closely with the Warehouse and Transportation Operations Managers to help in meeting and exceeding critical success indicators in regard to quality, risk and controls.

The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:
- Solid analytical skills are required in identifying, analyzing and root-causing and driving appropriate action plans.
- Proven ability to lead teams, develop and coach team members.
- Strong presentation skills required to create, deliver and influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:
-Bachelor or a master's degree in Supply Chain / Business Management, Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or related field with at least 7 years of relevant working experience in the following areas:

- Quality Systems Management
- Logistics Operations warehousing and transportation
- Facilitation of Audits in Quality and/or Controls Areas
- Data Analysis for problem solving and continuous improvement
- Fluency in written and spoken English

-Travel may be requiere

HIGHLY DESIRED

- Knowledge of Costa Rican and/or international import, export, customs, trade rules & regulations and/or relevant Export Processing ("Free Zone") regimes
- ISO Auditor certification or Equivalent
- Program management experience and/or Certification/knowledge in/of Project Management tools and methodologies (e.g. PLC, PMP)
- Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and/or Leadership of Lean journey/roadmap(s)
