As a member of the Digital Media GTM team you will help drive the strategy and execution that delivers growth and sales success across two of Company's biggest products; Creative Cloud and Document Cloud. Your deep knowledge of digital marketing practices across business customer segments, coupled with your proven experience leading initiatives to deliver direct and indirect subscription sales success will serve you well as you partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Product teams to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that result in improved customer experiences, increased new customer acquisition and greater customer retention.

Your work will focus on Company's business audience customer base, using data and market insights to find the best ways to engage with small and medium sized businesses, and ensure they remain Company customers for the long term. To do this you will take a customer-first approach and become an expert in the day to day life of an Company business customer. You'll leverage voice of the customer to understand their biggest challenges in workflows and how Company products can help solve them.

The GTM organization ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning company priorities with strong day-to-day operations and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. Team members are strategic and analytical, have strong E2E project management skills, and a pragmatic sense for how to get things done quickly.

Key Responsibilities

* Partner with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Product teams to develop and execute plans that deliver quarterly and annual sales goals
* Use data-driven business models to optimize acquisition and retention funnels across all direct and indirect routes to market
* Obsess over all customer experience journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and drive cross-functional teams to deliver
* Collaborate with Analytics teams to understand trends in the business and develop insights that translate into actionable recommendations for growth
* Partner with Marketing to establish and operate campaign frameworks that deliver best in class customer acquisition
* Develop and maintain deep understanding of SMB customer segments, and provide insights back to Product teams that result in improved product capabilities and experiences

Qualifications/Experience

* BS/BA with 10+ years software, high tech or management consulting experience
* Customer-first orientation, with experience working on B2B products or services
* Proven understanding of digital business models and how to test and optimize customer experiences to deliver results
* Genuine desire to have your impact measured in real-world metrics that correlate to quarterly and annual sales success
* Demonstrated success in dynamic environments, rapidly anticipating and adapting to shifting priorities
* Strong experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch high-impact business initiatives
* Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
* Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving
* The desire and ability to take a stand and advocate a course of action, presenting supporting facts and data to back up your position
* Extraordinary communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
* A solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first
* Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
* Passion for education and youth empowerment
* Great sense of humor
* M.B.A. - a plus
