Position Overview:
Focus, Scope, & Impact:
This role acts as an “in house” strategic consultant, structuring and leading ad-hoc cross-functional analysis and / or projects and supporting the OU President and the Latam Leadership Team, partnering with diverse functions and organization levels. This will require the following:
+ Support and lead cross-functional analysis, working along with markets leads and bottling partners, from diagnosis / assessment to prioritized plans / solutions.
+ Support new OU or local markets projects structuring, defining the process, key milestones, KPIs, resources needed, capabilities, and follow-up routines.
+ Assess new markets, segments or external “out of the box” growth opportunities.
+ Support the OU President and the Latam Leadership Team in ad-hoc requirements such as internal or external forum presentations.
Scope:
+ Latin America 3 Operations & 39?Countries.
+ More than 20 bottlers (69 Country-Bottler Operations), including 3 of the Top 5 bottlers worldwide
+ Goals and/or strategies for the role focus mid-term (1-2 years).
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
Work Focus:
Ability to structure and coordinate / lead cross functional complex analysis, initiatives or efforts, integrating multiple insights and complex issues through a broad and holistic approach. The role acts as an in-house strategic consultant, supporting the OU President and the OU Strategy lead, partnering with diverse functions across the Organization depending on the project nature (Marketing, Finance, Commercial, PAC, Technical, among others).
Related Work Experience:
· +7 years of experience in Business Development roles, such as Strategy, Planning, Insights, Consulting, PMO, among others.
· Proven trajectory of collaborating and influencing multifunctional peers, and experience interacting and influencing senior management roles.

+ Synthesis and storytelling: Communicate, influence and convince stakeholders through a structured, fact base and action-oriented storytelling.
Broad Expertise In (Good To Have):
+ Prioritization: prioritize through a pragmatic fact-based approach, handling trade-offs, balancing immediate and long-term priorities.
+ Broader system knowledge either in another function or deep experience with multifunctional projects impacting a larger system.
+ Industry and competitive assessment: business and execution strategy.
+ Stakeholder management: identify, influence, align and engage key stakeholders.
Communication Focus:
+ This role is responsible for structuring and / or leading OU cross-functional analysis and initiatives. This involves a fluid interaction partnering with functional peers, while also supporting, communicating and influencing senior management levels.
+ Projects or analysis may involve negotiating internally or even with Bottlers, sometimes pushing against opposing interests.
+ Support to the OU President and Leadership Team will require strong storytelling skills, writing and presenting effectively, adjusting to fit the audience with appropriate and relevant messaging.
