Focus, Scope, & Impact:
This role is responsible to create a solid connection between the Platform Services Organization and the value they will create for the Strategy function in Latin America. Critical position to ensure consistency, quality and strength of the enabling systems that will enable a scalable and fast strategy design and implementation. This will be achieved by:
Clear understanding of the different services being designed and delivered
+ Speaking the same language to the counterparts in PS
+ Proficiency knowledge of data/analytics solutions
Aligning a pipeline of present/future services required
+ Identifying solutions gaps and opportunities to be covered
+ Prioritizing the different requests based on Business relevance/impact
+ Briefing PS with such requirements and making sure they’re activated
Ensuring a proper SLA from PS for the critical solutions and capabilities
+ Quality controls and understand and align on potential deviations and its implications
+ Communicating and aligning the organization on the expectations from each solution
+ Propose upgrades based on a day-to-day interface with the different services
Scope:
+ Latin America OU (3 Operations, 30+ Countries).
+ More than 10 bottlers, including 2 of the Top bottlers worldwide.

+ Expert on syndicated information/ continuous tracking tools and its application to the business.
+ Ability to partner with a broad community to create a powerful engine of insights for the business with scale, representativeness, quality and evolution mindset.
+ An ambassador of the network organization connecting multiple functions and organizations within Latin America to align on PS priorities for the region.
Related Work Experience:
+ +10 years of Business and/or functional experience in Research/Strategy/Analytics related areas. Proven trajectory as business leader and collaborating and influencing agencies and third parties particularly data or research partners.

+ Syndicated Research and Data Sources Expert (Nielsen, Ice/Red, Euromonitor, Etc.).
+ Research Design Fundamentals (Sampling, Statistics, Hypothesis Definition and Evaluation).
+ Descriptive and Predictive Analytics Methodologies Applications to Business.
+ Bottling Partners Key Data Sources and Recurring Analysis Methodologies.
+ Dashboarding/ Reporting Capabilities (I.E. Power Bi).
Broad Expertise In (Good To Have):
+ Ai/Machine Learning Basics to Explore Innovation in Analytical Methodologies.
+ Forecasting Fundamentals (Theory and Applied to Our Business).
+ Computer Programming/Coding Essentials for Business Intelligence Application.

Communication Focus:
+ This role is responsible for communicating internally across the LATAM Strategy function to align on key PS priorities/asks.
+ This role will be responsible of the Strategy Function with PS, and therefore, will be responsible for driving OU – PS conversations and data source integration.
+ This role will also be responsible to align with the Franchise Integration leaders on the information needed for Business Management routines and processes with Bottling Groups.
