Responsible for overall safety of personnel, product quality and delivery against commitments; responsible for supervising the operations.
Responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement in productivity and cost through excellent yields and effective labor and tool utilization. The factory is also expected to align to the platform's goals.
Must be customer oriented and understand the business unit needs.
Must respond quickly to the changing market environment and proactively position the factory for steep product & technology ramps.
Must be able to apply LEAN methodology and cultural attributes to eliminate waste from systems.
Must provide solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
Must build strong collaboration and trust with peers across the network, business groups, technology development, site and relevant business partners.
Must have a passion in developing people and promoting diversity in the group to make the factory a Work Place of Choice with a productive culture and diverse & inclusive environment.
Will be accountable for the organization stability and health.
Accountable as well for the setting the right leadership tone with ethics and controls.
Hold peers and other senior leaders on the CR site accountable for setting the right tone.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor/Masters degree on a related a technical field
Experience in Manager Positions (High Volume Manufacturing, engineering, operational excellence).
10+ years of experience in manufacturing environment.
7+ years of experience managing teams that accomplish operational and technical objectives and continuous improvement. Proven track record in people management with positive feedback from themselves and the organization
Advanced English Level.
