Manufacturing Systems Industrial Engineer Job Description Drives programs/projects that will improve the floor and works to advance CE (Comply Exactly). Coordinate improvement through the VF (Virtual Org Meeting). Drive system matching prior to system improvements. Conduct situational analysis to determine vision and roadmap. Ensure operation remain ISO compliant to meet quality objectives. Partner with Engineering System to minimize cost of effectively controlled processes.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications requirements to be initially considered for this position.

Education required

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Product Engineering or related fields. Licenciatura or Master degree (preferred)

Experienced required

- 85% Overall English
- 3+ years of experience in the following:
- Manufacturing processes development and deployment such as: quality process, inventory control, asset administration and/or people systems.
- Problem Solving Methodologies & Data analysis.
- Manufacturing/cost continues improvements.
- High Volume Manufacturing environment.

Soft Skills / Behavioral Traits:

- Discipline, attentiveness to detail and the ability to work under limited supervision.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments in a timely manner while meeting assigned deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team work and influencing skills.
