About the role

:With general supervisory direction, assist Manufacturing engineers/teams in the development of products, processes and equipment.

Your responsibilities include

:Demonstrates a commitment to patient safety and product quality
:Provides floor support for new product builds (e.g., troubleshoots equipment and manufacturing engineering problems)
:Collects data and performs basic statistical analysis for process characterization, Cpk, and scrap reduction goals.
:Coordinates process change (VIP, revalidation) builds, including procurement of needed components and ensuring proper documentations is followed.
:Supports equipment/fixture development from simple production aids to full automation.
:Executes and documents equipment qualifications (plans, builds, and reports).
:Assists in writing new detailed processes and implementing changes to existing documentation.
:Performs DOE/process characterization builds on production line.
:Performs DOE/process characterization builds on production line.
:Interfaces with other departments to obtain/deliver materials and information.
:Generates new ideas for improving processes.
:Trains production trainers/operators/manufacturing technicians on new processes.

:Experience: +3

:Technical skills: Process Validations, Troubleshooting, PLC and Neumathics
