Integrated Marketing Communication Manager: Deliver marketing impact against key business goal by acquiring and nurturing leads and supporting consumption, new customers and growth.?

- Lead the development?and execution of?integrated marketing plan in conjunction with BG, Comms/PR, Sales, OCP, Services?to deliver against the local business objectives?along the lines with a balanced approach to Lead GTM Development and Execution with Global and Local Managed Partners
- Ensure orchestration between all?Solution Area and Segment?plans?and optimization across all audiences?to customer and thru partner
- Leverage global/regional programs, positioning, messaging and content to customers and thru Partners. Provide local feedback and insights on GEPs and Sales Plays ?landing?to AHQ marketing stakeholders.?

- Continually optimize performance across the marketing mix and?deliver insights?and opportunities?to Sales, BG, OCP and?Services.?
- As important as the To customer motion and partner integration as much as possible, it is as important to lead the partner led marketing as well;
- Commit to and land workload performance for Global and Local Partners in patch. Provide support for planning and landing partner portion of Solution Area Sales Plays.
- Lead from the front, using top partner results to steer Solution Area GTM partner initiatives as growth breakthrough.
- Accelerate Partner Growth: Baseline named partner performance and current growth rate; build plan to accelerate growth for each and all assigned partners. Track and adjust GTM activities to continue to growth acceleration

Drive connections across key stakeholders to increase impact?

- Own relationship and drive governance with Local Sales Leadership, Business Groups, PR/Communications and OCP organization as well as with AHQ.???
- Partner closely with AHQ CMO Shared Services (Events?Marketing, Digital Marketing,?Data Insights) as well as with OCP Partner Marketing to land execution across the areas marketing plans.?
- Work with OCP to align marketing activities and incorporate relevant partner solutions into the plans.?

- Ongoing engagement with Sales to create and surface opportunities and support Sales objectives?
- Work with Area team on landing local activation for Regional ?partners where there is a strong local performance or potential.
- Create and execute GTM with regional and local GTM Egnaged partners including offer development, demand gen, and consumption.
- Deliver and report on business outcomes committed in plans. Manage local funding for assigned partners’ activities aligned to quarterly accountability, compliance, and budget management.
- Create and extend the Partner-to-Partner motion for partner success

- Align local marketing activities to modern marketing platforms and processes. Leverage global best practices.?

- Work closely with the Marketing Service Desk (MSD) and Marketing Service?Centers?(MSC) for marketing execution support.?
- Ensure relevant marketing executions are properly set up in systems and tools for tracking reporting.?
- 100% budget utilization - Effective and accurate forecasting and spend of marketing budgets?
- As part of the Marketing ?team, lead Microsoft brand stewardship, ensure GDPR compliance and adhere to Microsoft Accessibility Standards?
- and Diversity and Inclusion principles in all executions.?

- Lead integrated marketing planning and execution to deliver CMO marketing contribution to the company's core priorities and segments (EOU, SMC) to drive business impact leveraging global go-to-market strategies, augmented with globally connected local initiatives, for optimal customer experience

- Lead Modern Marketing capabilities development in the Area, partnering with Corporate Marketing to adopt global strategies and content and support execution of global initiatives connected to the Globally Engagement Programs (GEPs)

- Partner closely with local BG, OCP, Sales and CMO discipline teams; Help drive the Area marketing governance with Sales, Solution Areas, Comms, and OCP
