- Serve as project manager between external creative agencies and the internal VMware team
- Manage project timelines and creative deliverables
- Edit early drafts of content and creative, providing agencies with constructive feedback
- Participate in weekly vendor and team meetings, take notes, capture action items, follow up with key stakeholders to help ensure weekly progress
- Manage roll-up of plans and production schedules with weekly progress, milestones, red flags and issues
- Assist in the execution and reporting for executive digital programs
